    Unable to Scan Barcode in Native App

    If a user who uses the Native App is unable to scan barcodes, it is possibly due to the iOS version.

    After updating to iPadOS 17.4, the iPad models listed below may be unable to scan QR codes using the Camera app or third-party apps that use the camera:

    • iPad (7th Generation)
    • iPad (6th Generation)
    • iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd Generation)
    • iPad Pro 10.5-inch

    If you are unable to use the Camera app to scan a QR code, it seems there are still issues with barcode scanning even after upgrading to iOS 17.4.1 or 17.5. Therefore, we recommend avoiding any version 17.4 or later until Apple fully resolves the issue.
